We are pleased to offer EQ Coaching Services to support people who have been through the Center’s programs. We have found coaching to be an effective and targeted approach to sustain the kind of learning you have experienced. Out ultimate goal is to continue to support your growth and development in the areas of human relations and emotional intelligence, so that you continue expanding the ways you lead and support your faith community.
We have assembled a cadre of EQ Coaches who have excellent coaching credentials and a deep commitment to the development of faith community leaders. We invite you to read their bios on EQHRCenter.org
To support you in continuing your EQ/HR development, we are offering two coaching packages that are affordable and that we believe will meet your needs for ongoing learning.
Coaching Offers to EQ-HR Participants:
1. Individual Coaching – Package A
Duration: 3 months
Sessions: 4 one-hour sessions
Price: $100 / session = Total: $400 per package
For individuals who desire one-on-one coach, please review the EQ Coach bios and select one, two or three coaches you are interested in. Then interview them by phone and make your selection. Contact your coach to indicate your desire to engage, schedule your sessions, and arrange for payment (you will pay the coach directly, a portion of which will be remitted to the Center). Free conference call services can be used for phone coaching; or you can originate the calls.
Building on your experiences in your workshop and your EQ 360 results, your coach will help you establish learning goals for the engagement. You will be asked to submit a brief evaluation of the engagement at its conclusion. You may re-engage for subsequent sessions with your coach as desired.
2. Group Coaching – Package B
Duration: 3 months
Sessions: 3 one-hour sessions – 1 per month
Price: $75 per package
For individuals who desire ongoing support with other people from their 5-day event, a sign-up sheet will be provided before the end of the event. Payment will be made upon signing up, or arrangement for payment made to the EQ Center. An EQ Coach will be matched to your group; and using the E-mail addresses included in signing-up, your coach will send a call-in number for participants to use for the sessions. Free on-line conferencing call services will be used for these sessions; (please note: there may be long-distance charges for your calls, depending on your telephone carrier). If groups desire to continue beyond the 3-session package, this can be negotiated with your coach.
